Care Crew Home Fort Worth was founded on both personal care experiences with our own loved ones, as well as over 20+ years of combined medical experience. We focus on providing practical solutions to those who desire to age in place, so they can remain safe and happy in their own environment. We are devoted to providing unparalleled home care services and ensuring the highest professional and ethical standards are not only met, but exceeded.

Annie Soliman
Owner & Administrator
Annie brings over 13+ years of nursing experience to the Care Crew team. As a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner who works in the home care setting, she brings a level of expertise to our clients that truly sets us apart from most other agencies. Having cared for her own parents at home has also given her a unique perspective into the industry and overwhelming level of empathy and compassion for those we serve. She is married to Fred and together they have two beautiful daughters, Alexandria and Amelia.
Brittany McCraw
Director of Business Administration & Development
Brittany has over 10+ years of experience creating, marketing, and managing medical offices of various types. She also has experience in care of her dementia/Alzheimer’s grandmother for 4 years prior to her passing. Her dedication to our clients is apparent each and every day, as she ensures all aspects of Care Crew are running seamlessly. Brittany is currently in the process of becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She is married to Cody, who is actively in the US military and they have two sons Legend and Luka. After completing an extensive educational program, she is now a Certified PAC Trainer and Certified Dementia Practitioner, providing education and support throughout our community to families who are struggling with a memory care diagnosis.
Fred Soliman
Co-Owner & Chief Financial Officer
Fred provides the administrative support to our Care Crew team. With years of corporate logistics and compliance experience, he ensures the processes and procedures are always running smoothly and that clients are receiving the best overall experience possible! He and Annie are married with two young daughters. He also enjoys flying planes as a commercial pilot!
Shayna Grissom
Care Coordinator & Scheduler
Always wanting to work in the medical field, she initially went to school for Medical Assisting. After graduation, her career took off. Being a caregiver for almost 15 years, she has absolutely loved taking care of the elderly population. Originally starting with Care Crew as a care provider, she now has advanced to a Care Coordinator position, which she has been amazing at. I always go above and beyond to make sure my clients, families and staff are safe and happy. I am also a mom to a beautiful 20-year-old daughter.
